20° riser BTA (Between the arms) for raising/adjusting your bottle cage
ROCKAIRLABS offers you a riser to raise your bottle cage by 60 mm and adjust it to a 15 or 20° angle, depending on the model you choose to buy. The riser is reduced to a minimum size (this is why we call it Micro) and can be screwed to your bottle cage mounting points at the standard mounting distance of 64 mm.
By mounting your water bottle between your arms, you effectively improve or reduce your frontal contact area on the time trial bike and save a few watts.
The BTA Riser is attached to the frame using the enclosed M5 stainless steel screws, the holes for which are not threaded. The bottle cage holder itself is screwed to the riser with two hexagon socket screws.
We manufacture this set from a plastic specially produced for us which is unbreakable and virtually indestructible, but at the same time UV-stable and temperature-resistant.
