Indoor cycling bikes like the Stages SB 20 offer many advantages, you can adapt them to different users by different settings and you do not wear out your own bike frame.

In order to train as realistically as possible indoors with the Stages SB 20 indoor bike, we have developed the Stages SB20 Banana rocker plate. It is a full length rocker plate with a length of 1250 mm and a width of 700 mm.

It has cutouts that securely hold the feet of your Stages SB20 and prevent them from slipping.

Our Rocker Plate for the Stages SB20 Bike is made of screen printing plates, which you may know from the professional truck trailer sector. They are already provided with a robust sealant in dark brown and do not require any additional protective coating more.

The load capacity of these plates already in low material thicknesses are very high: A 9 mm screen printing plate with the dimensions 2.5 m x .7 m is released in scaffolding construction with 250 kg/m² load.

When using 15 mm or 18 mm material thickness, the Banana Plate XL has an extremely high torsional stiffness and is indestructible in normal indoor cycling use.

So that the Bananaplate also wobbles properly, rubber buffers are installed in the middle, which are attached with Allen screws. These ensure that the Stages SB 20 Banana Rocker Plate always wants to spring back to the neutral position. You can adjust the damping and the strength of the rocking motion with the included 6 inch heavy duty balls.

Here, the more pressure the ball has the less the rocking effect. Most of our customers are in a pressure range of 0.1 to 0.3 bar. We have summarized the most important information about ball pressure and damping of your Rocker Plate in our FAQ. We supply you with a spirit level unit to screw or glue on your rocker plate. The plastic part in which the level is installed, helps you in conjunction with the center line on the banana plate to place it centrally.

Notice: It is a natural product and the manufacturing is done according to the best handicraft standards. The base plate as well as the milling are made by CNC machine. All roundings / chamfers are applied by machine, but manually. When zwiften, especially over a long period of time collect considerable amounts of sweat, both on the stem of your bike, as well as on the floor.
